Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to chasemaps.com, Chasemaps applications, the Chasemaps Buying Station, event pages, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Chasemaps is operated by Stagename Inc. (“Chasemaps,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Collectibles intelligence, not financial advice

Chasemaps provides research, evidence, ratings, estimates, and decision-support tools for collectibles. Market data can be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or volatile. A Chasemap, valuation reference, grading scenario, qualification result, or other output is not financial, investment, legal, tax, appraisal, authentication, or grading advice and does not guarantee a sale, grade, return, or financial outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions and should independently verify material information.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and sign-in links, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or device. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, or legal compliance.

Your submissions

You retain ownership of photographs, card details, feedback, and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, analyze, display, and create technical derivatives of that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

Buying Station and events

• Buying Station eligibility and qualification are bounded by the supported cards, evidence, and policies shown in the experience.
• Displayed market evidence and grading economics are informational and may not reflect the price or grade ultimately achieved.
• Dealers and sellers make their own offers and decisions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Chasemaps is not the buyer, seller, broker, appraiser, grader, payment processor, or custodian of a card.
• Any payment and transfer of a card between attendees occurs directly between those parties. Chasemaps does not hold or settle their funds.
• Event access, queues, table capacity, network availability, and participation are not guaranteed.

Mobile messaging terms

Chasemaps operates transactional and promotional text-message programs. Transactional messages may include a requested card-analysis notice or a Buying Station queue summons. Promotional messages may include event invitations or Chasemaps event updates and require separate express consent.

• Promotional frequency is disclosed at opt-in and is currently up to two messages per Toronto Sports Card Expo campaign. Transactional frequency depends on the actions you request.
• Message and data rates may apply. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.
• Reply STOP to cancel messages from the applicable program. Reply HELP for help or email support@chasemaps.com.
• Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
• You confirm that you control the mobile number you provide and will notify us if that changes.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our collection and use of mobile information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, or to violate another person’s rights.
• Upload malicious code, interfere with the Services, bypass access controls, or probe systems without authorization.
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the Services or their outputs except as allowed by law or written permission.
• Submit content you do not have the right to use or misrepresent a card, identity, ownership interest, offer, or transaction.
• Use automated activity that places unreasonable load on the Services or circumvents usage limits.

Our intellectual property

The Services, Chasemap methods and outputs, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, taxonomies, and other Chasemaps materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

Third-party services and links

The Services may rely on or link to marketplaces, grading companies, payment providers, authentication providers, event organizers, and other third parties. Their services, content, prices, availability, and policies are outside our control. A reference or link does not imply endorsement.

Paid services

Prices, credits, renewal terms, and cancellation options for paid Services are shown at purchase. You authorize applicable charges when you purchase a plan or credit package. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees and used credits are non-refundable. We may change future pricing with notice appropriate to the affected service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stagename Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, goodwill, or collectible value arising from the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the affected Service during the preceding twelve months or CAD $100.

Changes and termination

We may update the Services or these Terms as products and legal requirements change. Revised Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will survive.
